Technical SEO that fixes the silent ranking killers.
Most local-business sites lose ranking to issues nobody sees — slow load times, broken schema, crawl errors, mobile usability problems, internal linking that confuses Google. We find them, fix them, and document everything.
Is this the right fit?
- Established businesses whose rankings have stagnated or dropped despite good content.
- Sites older than 2 years that have never had a proper technical audit.
- Businesses that have changed CMS or migrated — migrations break things, even when they look fine.
- Sites that fail Core Web Vitals — Google penalizes slow pages, full stop.
- Multi-page sites with thin content or duplicate pages that may be cannibalizing their own rankings.
Pretty does not rank. Technical foundations do.
Google's job is to surface the fastest, most reliable, most useful answer to a search query. If your site loads slowly, has broken schema, or confuses the crawler with bad internal linking, Google will quietly demote you in favor of competitors whose technical foundation is cleaner. Technical SEO is the work that happens before content and links can do anything for you.
Everything you get in this engagement.
Full technical SEO audit
60+ checks across crawl, indexability, site speed, mobile usability, structured data, internal linking, and security. Delivered as a written report.
Core Web Vitals optimization
LCP, INP, CLS — the three metrics Google uses to score user experience. We measure, prioritize, and fix the issues actually hurting your scores.
Site speed engineering
Image optimization, lazy loading, render-blocking resource removal, caching strategy, CDN configuration if needed.
Schema markup implementation
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Product, FAQ, Review, BreadcrumbList — whichever schema types apply to your business, implemented and validated.
Crawl & index optimization
robots.txt audit, XML sitemap rebuild, canonical tag review, noindex audit, redirect chain cleanup.
Internal linking restructure
We map your current link equity and redistribute it to push authority toward the pages that matter most for rankings.
Mobile experience audit
Mobile-first indexing is the default. We fix tap targets, viewport issues, font sizing, and mobile layout shifts.
Documentation & handoff
Everything we do is documented in plain English. You keep the docs, the audit, and the fix log — useful even if you switch agencies later.
How a Technical SEO engagement runs.
-
01
Free Site Health Check
We start with the same 8-page diagnostic everyone gets. It surfaces the high-priority technical issues and gives you a sense of scope.
-
02
Full technical audit
If the engagement makes sense, we run a deeper 60+ point audit using the same tools we use for paying clients — Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, Search Console, server logs.
-
03
Prioritized fix list
Not every issue is worth fixing. We prioritize by impact and effort — the top 5 fixes usually account for 80% of the ranking recovery.
-
04
Implementation
We do the work, or we hand the fix list to your developer with clear specifications. Either way, fixes get tested before deployment.
-
05
Validation & monitoring
We re-crawl after fixes are live, confirm everything resolves correctly, and watch for Google to re-index. You get a written before/after report.
FAQ.
How long until I see ranking recovery from technical fixes?
Some fixes (schema, sitemap, crawl errors) show ranking changes within 2–4 weeks. Core Web Vitals improvements typically take 4–8 weeks because Google needs to re-measure across many user sessions. Bigger structural fixes (site migration, URL restructure) can take 8–12 weeks to fully settle.
Do you do the development work, or do I need a developer?
Depends on your site. For most WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and Shopify sites we can implement everything ourselves. For custom-built or older PHP sites we may write the specifications and hand them to your developer — we will tell you up front which scenario applies.
I just rebuilt my site and rankings dropped. Can you help?
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons people hire us. Migrations break things even when they look fine: lost redirects, lost schema, lost internal links, lost meta data. We do migration recovery audits regularly.
What if my Core Web Vitals are fine?
Then we focus on the other 90% of technical SEO. Core Web Vitals are one signal among many. Crawl efficiency, schema, internal linking, mobile UX, and indexation quality matter more for ranking than CWV alone.
What does it cost?
Technical SEO is delivered through our monthly SEO packages: Foundation ($350/mo), Momentum ($650/mo), and Accelerate ($950/mo). Priority technical recommendations begin in Foundation, with page speed review and deeper technical work expanding in Momentum and Accelerate.
